Our focus has always been on ensuring that we are offering you the best experience possible. COVID-19 has brought the health and safety of you, your groups, and our employees to the forefront of our decision-making process in ensuring that best experience. We have incorporated new procedures and protocols including additional training, use of PPE, following social distancing guidelines, and deep cleaning and sanitizing our vehicles. We are working hard to keep you safe while offering the same high level of customer service that you have always experienced with us.
The changes that we've made are aligned with CDC guidelines, and include the following:
- Requiring masks to be worn by drivers and passengers when onboard
- Abiding by social distancing guidelines
- Requesting drivers exit the vehicle while passengers are loading and unloading to maintain social distancing
- Offering hand sanitizer
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of our vehicles with EPA-registered products, with special attention to key areas such as seatbelts, windows, overhead storage, and railings
- Requesting that the first row (minimum) be kept empty behind the driver
- Employees self-screening before each workday, including temperature checks and the reporting of cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, body aches, new loss of taste and/or smell, sore throat, nausea, diarrhea, and/or vomiting
- Employees immediately reporting to Dispatch if they or any passenger experiences symptoms that may be related to COVID-19
