FAQ in the Charter Bus Industry
The key to finding the perfect transportation company is asking the right questions, and there are a ton of questions as it relates to charter bus rentals. Below you can find some additional information regarding some of the most frequently asked questions about motor coach transportation. Is a deposit required for reservations?
Yes, we require a deposit to schedule our bus for your service.
Local service requires a 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Remaining balance is due 8 days prior.
Over The Road orders require a 30% deposit (10% is refundable outside of 14 days) . The remaining balance is due 15 days prior.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your services at any time. However:
Local Services cancelled within 8 days are non-refundable.
Over The Road Services cancelled within 15 days are non refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Discover, MC, and VISA), cash, checks, and ACH transfers. All check payments must be received 10 business days prior to service.
Do you carry insurance on your vehicles?
We carry $5,000,000.00 Commercial and Automobile Liability Coverage with $5,000,000.00 Excess Liability Coverage. We will be happy to furnish a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Do you own your vehicles?
Yes, we own and operate all of our vehicles in house. We also have onsite maintenance and cleaning for our motor coach fleet.
Are your buses equipped with any special amenities such as WiFi, 110 Outlets, and Seat Belts?
Yes, yes, and yes!!! We have one of the more modern motor coach fleets in the Chicagoland area. These special items are of limited quantity and are based on a first come first serve basis.
Can I come view your vehicles?
Yes, we are happy and proud to show off our equipment. This is done by appointment only and based 100% on availability.
Do your motor coaches travel long distances?
Yes, we will safely take you anywhere you would like to go in the continental US, as well as, all aboot Canada….Eh!
Is driver gratuity included in the cost?
No, driver gratuity is not included in the cost. Please note that gratuity is completely optional and 100% at the group’s discretion. If you should choose to tip, average is about 10%, some tip more, some tip less, completely optional.
Is alcohol permitted on any of the vehicles?
We are unable to permit alcohol on board for services traveling within or through the City of Chicago due to new laws effective 04/2017 and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Alcohol is allowed for services that do not travel within or through the City of Chicago with a $250.00 security/cleaning deposit on file. All passengers must be at least 21 years of age regardless of if they will be consuming alcohol. We cannot allow glass, kegs or red wine – Cans or plastic only.
